We do aim to solve any issues you may have with any animal you purchase from us, but we do realise that sometimes this can not help.

We will take back any animal bought from us, within 48hours and give you a refund (full or partial, dependent on circumstances).

We do not refund delivery charges.

We will try and rehome any animals bought from us after this time, if you can not cope with them.
