An Initial deposit must be paid to secure the animal. This should be equal to 20% of the total amount (Including delivery if applicable). This is NON RETURNABLE.

 

We will give you bank details to pay in to, and a reference number. This is a free service, and you do not get charged by your bank for this. This can be set up to automatically make your payments to us weekly or monthly.

 

We can accept paypal for deposit payments and otherwise, however you will have to cover our paypal fees. This would be 10%. (We get charged to recieve the payment, and charged again to transfer the money in to a bank. It also takes a week to clear from paypal to the bank.) On a £10 payment, you would have to pay £11.

 

This is how you calculate your payments. Take the total amount of the animal (For example, £300). Take off the deposit amount (20% = £60). This leaves the initial balance. (£240). If paying monthly, split this payment over 3 months, 3 equal payments. If weekly, split in to 12.

Monthly payments would be £80. Weekly payments would be £20 with this example.

On higher amounts, we may take payments over a longer time period, please ask for details.

 

If you miss 2 payments in a row, without letting us know why, any amount you have paid previously is forfeit, and NON RETURNABLE.

If you change your mind, part way through payments, you must let us know. Any payments already made will only be returned under specific circumstances, and the decision will be made at the time of asking. DO NOT ASSUME that you will get your money back just because you change your mind.

Deposits are NON RETURNABLE under any circumstances.

 

Delivery will be made (if arranged) once the animal is paid for in full. Do not ask if you can have the animal before you have finished paying for it, as the answer will be NO.

You will be able to collect the animal once it is paid for. You may be able to collect it on the day of final payment, if the payment has cleared, or you are paying the last payment in cash.

Delivery dates will be arranged on a day that is suitable for us and you.

 

Please bear in mind that Sami is at college full time, and Mason works full time, so delivery or collection days have to be arranged when all people are available.
